We are seeking aQuality Assurance Supervisorto join our fast-paced team-focused staff in our unionized manufacturing facility.
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, develop, implement, and maintain testing procedures and programs.Secure all appropriate documentation and/or follow-up as required. Responsible for document control and document library
Responsible for maintenance and use of current Quality documents, including HACCP and Thermal Process files, for Food Safety, regulatory and corporate reviews.
Responsible for the creation of Quality Monitoring Programs and to make sure that the current ones are reviewed annually by the Business Units, this includes the incorporation of the changes requested by the Food Safety and HACCP teams.
Responsible for raw and packaging acceptance and quality monitoring.
Implements Corporate Policies within the Plant and reports on status and progresses.
Participate on the plant HACCP and Food Safety Teams.
Act as lead auditor or coach the lead Internal Auditors. Actively support and participate in facility s continuous improvement efforts, continuously strive to improve business processes.
All other duties as assigned
All employees will support and participate inNestl Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM) as a part of their job responsibility within their Business Unit or as assigned within the factory.
Responsible to have safe work instructions available for all positions, processes are run in accordance with SOP s, SOPP s and other documentation. All employees have the required level of safety training, all equipment and installations are well maintained with safety guards & devices and associates are using the appropriate PPE.
To assure activities being performed having an environmental impact are communicated and accomplished according to the environmental management systems.
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
B.S. Degree or equivalent (Food Science preferred)
Experience:
3 year experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Food manufacturing experience highly preferred
Previous supervisory/people leader responsibilities.
Proven experience in statistical analysis, process control and problem solving techniques
Experience in developing and executing validation documents
Experience in process/product development procedures and manufacturing procedures

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
