POSITION SUMMARY As a member of the Accounting Operations function and the broader Chief Accounting Office, the Manager is responsible for the overall performance of their team across a broad scope of service performed on the behalf of Nestle operating companies in the U.S. The position reports to the Accounting Operations Senior Manager and is responsible for functions complex in nature and critical to the organization. Supervision and Leadership o Supervise a team of senior level analysts o Provide technical support and escalation management across assigned areas of responsibility o Coach and develop team members o Preserve a cohesive culture respecting Nestle core principles o Search out opportunities to drive continuous improvement o Earn the respect and confidence of peers and the broader Nestle community Stakeholder Management o Maintain relationships with current operating company stakeholders and cultivate new ones o Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization o Achieve service level requirements for high quality accounting and financial services o Exceed expectations for financial integrity and process efficiency in a shared service environment Manage/Execute Team Responsibilities for Business Critical / Highly Technical Areas o Bottle deposit and beverage tax accounting and reporting o Bank accounting and reconciliation o Payrolltax reconciliation and funding validation o Payrolltax and benefit re-billing (ICO) o Benefit accounting and budgetsupport (COLI, DECP, ESP) o Complex account reconciliations, analysis and journal entries o Financial analysis and create journal entries o Other tasks consistent with providing value added benefits to operating company partners
Qualifications:
o 10
years' experience in financial accounting o Experience leading a team of high-level professionals o Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline o Experience with SAP or similar ERP o Advanced user of Excel or other analytical tools SKILLS:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
