Essential Functions for the Direct Hire Quality Assurance Analyst in Fremont, MI:
Responsible for overall testing of the VUE Commission system updates and upgrades including the Agency Producer Portal.
Acts as the department lead for UAT for new projects, initiatives and releases.
Support Caeser integration of Independent Distribution of new business workflows.
Responsible for Independent Distribution's collection of unearned commissions for agents and their downlines.
Work and engage closely with relevant workforce teams.
Primary Responsibilities for the Direct Hire Quality Assurance Analyst in Fremont, MI:
Create and document test cases for VUE appointments and commissions for ongoing system enhancements and initiatives.
Perform ongine testing in UAT and DEV environments for VUE system changes.
Assist the Business Analyst with writing business and system requirements for Caeser Agent Portal.
Works with Business Analyst to create and document test cases for Caeser Agent Portal.
Performs testing of Agent Producer Portal for Caeser Integration.
Works with various business areas to identify operational inefficiencies and assist in the development and implementation of system and process improvements.
Perform agent debt collection of unearned commission function for both active and terminated external agents.
Assist in tracking and reporting for repayment of unearned commissions.
Requirements for the Direct Hire Quality Assurance Analyst in Fremont, MI:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5 Years relevant work experience (experience in like systems, UAT environment of software systems, proven technical aptitude to learn new systems).
3 years of progressive experience in an analyst/administration capacity.
2 years of commission analysis/administration preferred, industry knowledge a plus.
General or Sales commission/payroll related experience.
Knowledge of GLIC systems, including VUE, Agent Portal a plus.

Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong follow-through skills on projects and tasks.
Outstanding analytical, organizational, time management, multi-tasking and follow-up skills.
Fundamental knowledge of business process analysis and design, system architectures, and technology standards.
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and email systems.
Preferred familiarity with SAP, VUE, CRM systems, SQL and XML.
Solid verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills with the ability to make management level and external business partner presentations.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Ability to work with all levels of an organization.
High level of competence with prioritizing and organizing workload.
High level of integrity and the ability to keep confidential information.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
