Support and coordinate daily reporting operations across departments, perform analysis, communicate changes, and provide actionable intelligence to materially improve productivity.
Support and coordinate execution, maintenance, and distribution of reporting for key performance indicators for individuals, teams, cohorts, and initiatives, including marketing programs that depend on Contact Center interaction. Communicate changes and may provide training to impacted business units. Ensures that the use of reporting tools enhances business decision making capabilities.
Support business with regular and ad hoc data gathering and analysis with minimal supervision. Provide productive insight into Contact Center, Operations, and Marketing programs with strategic insight and recommendations to materially improve productivity.
Establish and maintain robust and timely validation processes for reports. Collaborate with I.T. managers and specialists, representing business reporting needs, resolving data discrepancies, improving accuracy and data stream efficiencies.
Work with various team members to streamline and automate various components of current reporting structure in order to increase automation and enhance the timeliness of delivery.
High School diploma
Associate's degree preferred
High School Diploma or GED with 3-5 years experience
Associates Degree with 0-3 years experience
Bachelors Degree with 0-1 years experience
2 years of experience creating and presenting reports, forecasts, trends, and recommendations to senior management
2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL and Access
2 years of experience translating business needs into relevant reports
Proven experience interacting effectively with various levels within the organization
Proven experience analyzing, interpreting and summarizing complex data
Experience in a contact center with a high level of customer focus preferred
Experience with telephony technology and KPI reporting considered a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
